About the role
We are seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven professionals to join our SME division as Relationship Officers. In this role, you will play a key part in business expansion, building strong customer relationships, and driving sustainable growth of IDLC’s SME portfolio across Bangladesh.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with small and medium entrepreneurs and businesses to explore financing opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales calls and business visits to potential clients, educating them about IDLC’s financial products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term, and trustworthy relationships with customers and stakeholders while upholding integrity and professionalism.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for loans and other financing products, ensuring timely collection of installments and receivables from customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree.
- Relevant experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), banking operations, or retail banking.
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of the SME sector.
Work location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
