Relationship Manager Senior - Middle Market

For our client, we are seeking a Relationship Manager Senior - Middle Market to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on building and expanding middle market banking relationships, with an emphasis on generating new deal flow and growing loan production. The position requires close partnership with borrowers, credit teams, and internal stakeholders to structure solutions, support approvals, and drive successful closings. The ideal candidate will also help monitor portfolio quality and stay current on industry dynamics that affect commercial banking performance.
