A Day in the Life

• Run investment review scorecards and ensure data accuracy
• Partner with co-advisors to review investment scores, watchlist activity, and complete investment mapping analysis
• Work with the team to review B3 and supporting benchmarking materials when needed
• Pull together key presentation materials for fiduciary review meetings
• Present materials in client meetings and capture decisions and next steps
• Create and assign follow-up action items in Salesforce

What We're Looking For

• A high school diploma
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely organized with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional qualifications:

• Proficiency using Teams, SalesForce, FieldNet, DocuSign, RPAG, Planned Solutions, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat
