Responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with assigned ISO and bank partners
- Drive referral business by equipping your partners’ sales teams with the tools, training, and support they need
- Track partner performance and report progress to internal stakeholders
- Surface partner feedback to product and support teams to continuously improve the experience
- Manage relationships and reports in Salesforce
- Occasional travel as needed
Requirements
- 1+ years in banking and/or merchant services — this is a must
- SaaS experience preferred; QuickBooks or accounting software familiarity is a plus
- Salesforce proficiency
- Strong communicator who can hold their own in a room full of payments veterans
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
