Relationship Manager III
Shore United Bank is seeking a full-time professional to partner with commercial clients, understand their goals, identify financing solutions, and provide ongoing support as their needs evolve. This role involves managing and growing a commercial loan portfolio, collaborating with internal credit and lending teams, and playing an active role in the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- Develop loans, maintain loan portfolio, collect delinquent loans, and service client base.
- Collect customer data and provide information as requested for Market Executive, Lending/Credit Administration, and/or Regional President.
- Prepare documentation and supporting information for credit decision recommendations; work with the credit department and loan portfolio specialists to prepare credit memos in nCino.
- Resolve all outstanding documentation and loan expectations.
- Achieve loan, deposit, and referral goals as defined in the incentive compensation plan.
- Report pertinent information to immediate supervisor; compile necessary information as directed and provide data to appropriate Bank personnel.
- Actively participate in community events and maintain membership(s) in local, non-profit organizations (preferably in an executive/board role).
- Respond to inquiries or requests from personnel and customers within established time frames and procedures.
- Complete self-evaluation paperwork annually on or before the due date.
- Perform duties assigned by the Market Executive/Regional President relating to the Bank and its functions.
- Demonstrate compliance awareness by completing required regulatory and compliance training (e.g., BSA, CRA, ECOA) on or before deadlines.
- Actively support all policies, procedures, and practices that promote risk management, safety, and regulatory adherence.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field, or a comparable level of experience and education.
- 5–10 years of commercial lending or commercial banking experience, including proven business development success.
- Experience with complex loan structuring, financial analysis, and portfolio management.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $115,000 to $185,000 annually. Actual compensation offered may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, licensure requirements, and/or skill level.

Location: Owings Mills Branch - 9612 Reisterstown Rd., Owings Mills, MD 21117. Full-time, exempt position with expected hours of work Monday through Friday.
