About the role

The Relationship Manager role is pivotal within the branch team, focusing on fostering client relationships and identifying opportunities to deepen these relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Nurture a book of business and find opportunities to add value to client relationships
  • Facilitate setting targeted appointments to improve client engagement
  • Ensure the daily work is client-centric and aligned with their needs
  • Keep Financial Consultants organized and informed about client needs
  • Collaborate with the Relationship Manager team across the organization
  • Build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with clients

Requirements

  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in financial services with a focus on excellent customer experience
  • Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Strong social skills and ability to deliver personalized service
  • Experience in a dynamic, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented compliance environment
  • Ability to think creatively and make decisions with support from the team

Qualifications

  • Education and/or professional certifications are helpful; the Tuition Reimbursement program can assist in obtaining one

  • Able to facilitate setting targeted appointments that improve client engagement
  • Client-oriented and brings great perspective on financial planning
  • Interested in advocating for clients
  • Professional with a polished communication style suitable for high-net-worth clientele

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Schedule

Fidelity’s investments in you include a full-time onsite working model, which is currently required for some roles and locations but may evolve as the rollout continues. The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
