About the role
The Relationship Manager at Fidelity helps facilitate relationships with the firm's most valuable clients. Key responsibilities include supporting the branch team, strengthening client relationships, organizing Financial Consultants, and ensuring daily activities align with client needs.
Responsibilities
- Support the branch team by strengthening client relationships
- Keep Financial Consultants organized
- Ensure daily activities are aligned with client needs
- Facilitate targeted appointments that drive meaningful client engagement
- Build long-lasting, meaningful relationships with clients
- Collaborate with the Relationship Manager team company-wide
- Be responsible for the client contact strategy
Requirements
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, or able to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- 1-3 years in financial services with an emphasis in providing an excellent customer experience
- Planning experience and knowledge of financial markets and products
- Strong social skills and the ability to deliver highly personalized service to each client
- Ability to think creatively and make decisions with support from your team
- Vested interest in being an advocate for clients
- Professional communication style
- Show coachability, collaboration, and curiosity as core strengths
Qualifications
- Education and/or professional certifications are helpful, but not required
- Fidelity’s Tuition Reimbursement program can assist in obtaining a CFP or degree
- Client-focused mindset and strong financial planning insight
Skills
