Responsibilities

  • Confer with clients by telephone or in person professionally and ascertain problem or reason for calling
  • Respond to clients’ concerns and needs; identify customers’ requirements and provide the appropriate solutions
  • Process client applications for different credit card processing services, and input client information by using company client management system
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve clients’ problems
  • Keep records of clients’ interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Analyze various pricing policies and educate client in monthly statements and complex pricing items
  • Aid client in account risk related concerns and queries, including but not limited to funding issues and chargeback issues
  • Handle fund holds for clients and ACH rejects
  • Contact clients to respond to inquiries or to notify them of new regulations or any planned adjustments
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to terminal hardware
  • Schedule work to ensure accurate phone coverage, monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution of problems
  • Assist in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency effectiveness
  • Learn and be educated on all the software and hardware that the company uses and sells
  • Assist in client support or technical support related projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese is required
  • Energetic, fun, and friendly
  • Excellent in verbal communication skills
  • Able to actively listen to clients and interact with clients in a friendly and patient manner
  • Able to take initiative to solve problem effectively
  • Self-motivated to learn new systems and installation of products
  • Able to accomplish tasks before deadlines and be detail-oriented
  • Able to work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual
  • Proficient with Excel and Word

Qualifications

  • Must be authorized to work in the US at the time of hire.
  • This is a non-exempt position.

Pay

A monthly base salary from $3,000 in the beginning, follow with the quarterly salary increase based on performance.
