About the role
As a Relationship Manager at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Responsibilities
- Engage in regular one-on-one meetings with members to discuss financial goals and provide personalized advice.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing members.
- Respond promptly to member inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with branch staff and other credit union departments.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
