Relationship Manager

About the role

As a Relationship Manager at Notre Dame Federal Credit Union, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing members to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Engage in regular one-on-one meetings with members to discuss financial goals and provide personalized advice.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing members.
• Respond promptly to member inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with branch staff and other credit union departments.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 annually.

Schedule

This role offers a flexible schedule that includes both daytime and evening hours, with the option to work remotely up to 20% of the time.
