Relationship Manager
About the role
Ballston Spa National Bank (BSNB) is seeking a Relationship Manager to lead their Stillwater Office and join their growing team. This role provides client services and operational leadership within the branch and is accountable for growing market share through customer and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Primary service provider and reviews client product needs, cross-sells appropriate bank products and makes referrals to other lines of business to meet branch goals.
- Able to facilitate complex banking transactions, and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
- Mets established branch sales goals.
- Provides leadership through coaching, training, and mentoring of branch staff including ongoing timely performance feedback.
- Create a positive working environment with a focus on customer service and team development.
- Participates in community activities to network with clients and potential clients.
- Enforce or ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing financial institutions.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Two to three years' experience in banking or related management position, with additional supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven sales and leadership abilities required, and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Computer proficiency required.
Pay
$27.00 - $40.86
