We serve customers in 59 locations throughout the West. We are in search of a Relationship Manager I, II or III to join our Credit Resolution Team in Pendleton, Oregon or Pasco, Washington. This full-time position reports to the SVP, Lending and is accountable for ensuring timely correction and collection of adversely classified loan portfolio through proactive service and management. Relocation assistance will be provided to eligible candidates who must relocate to accept this position.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned loan portfolio, primarily consisting of adversely classified production agriculture accounts, assure timely servicing and resolution of delinquencies or defaults, and, when appropriate, upgrade and transfer accounts back to lending staff.
- Analyze and service larger loan relationships with increasing complexity and risk profile, monitor for loan performance; prepare high quality credit packages.
