About the role

This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service transactions, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. You will process cash transactions accurately, have deep conversations to understand clients’ financial priorities, and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs
  • Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Grow business knowledge by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively
  • Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bilingual (Spanish) – fluent verbal and written skills required
  • Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results
  • Collaborates effectively to build and nurture strong relationships
  • Passionate about improving clients’ financial lives
  • Confident in identifying and delivering solutions based on client needs
  • Comfortable engaging all clients and communicating effectively
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
  • Skilled in educating clients on self-service banking (e.g., ATM, online, mobile)
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Adheres to processes and guidelines while acting in the best interest of clients and the bank
  • Efficiently manages time and capacity
  • Must be able to work weekends, extended hours, and be scheduled at any nearby financial center

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required)
  • Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products (desired)
  • One year of successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment (desired)
  • Six months of cash handling experience (desired)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, administration, finance) (desired)
