Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker - Tanglewood Mall

Responsible for

• Providing an industry leading client service experience both in person and on the phone
• Developing and expanding new and existing client relationships
• Maintaining and resolving client maintenance requests
• Offering financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals
• Performing teller duties as needed

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and sales targets
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring complex needs to specialists
• Participates in leadership routines and attends relevant meetings and training
• Advances personal knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications
• Ensures a consistent client service experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
• MUST be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with discussing, recommending and selling various deposit, credit and retirement products
• Demonstrated ability in meeting or exceeding sales goals
• General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures

Pay

• Annual base salary range: $45,760 - $52,500
• Additional incentive pay available
