Relationship Banker or Senior Relationship Banker - South Square
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. The posting includes: description of role (Responsible for providing...), then "Essential Duties And Responsibilities" with list of duties. Then "Qualifications Required Qualifications:" with list of required qualifications. Then "Preferred Qualifications:" list. Then "General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:" with benefits description. No explicit Pay or Schedule info (though there is Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) earlier, but that is metadata; we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states schedule details. It says "Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)". That is schedule info. Should we include a Schedule section? The rule: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Work Shift: 1st shift is specific. So we could include a Schedule section with that info. However, the instruction says "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." Work Shift might be considered minor metadata; but it's schedule info. The rule says we can create Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state Work Shift: 1st shift. So we could include a Schedule section with that. However, we need to decide if we want to include it as a short
under maybe a Schedule heading. The rule: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Schedule
with
1st shift (United States of America)
. That seems okay. Also we have "Regular or Temporary: Regular" and "Language Fluency: English (Required)". Those could be folded into a shortunder maybe About the role or Requirements. But we can also include them in a short paragraph under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include those as a short
maybe under Requirements or Qualifications. But we already have sections for Requirements and Qualifications. Could combine them. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all duties, qualifications, benefits, etc. We must remove boilerplate: application instructions, EEO, etc. The posting includes at end: "Truist is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. That should be removed. Also "Need Help?" etc. Also "If you want to apply..." etc. Also "Regular or Temporary: Regular Language Fluency: English (Required) Work Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)" appears before "Please review the following job description:" We need to keep that info but not as headings. We'll incorporate. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus structure:

Now Requirements/Qualifications: The posting has "Qualifications Required Qualifications:" then list. Then "Preferred Qualifications:" list. We could combine into Requirements section with subheadings? But we only allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could use Requirements for required qualifications, Qualifications for preferred? Or we could have Requirements for required, Qualifications for preferred. Or we could have Skills for skills. But we also have Language Fluency: English (Required) and Regular or Temporary: Regular. Could fold into Requirements as a short paragraph. We could add:Regular position; English language fluency required.
NowQualifications
for preferred qualifications:Benefits
with paragraph(s) describing benefits. We need to preserve all benefit details: "All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position. Truist offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accidental death and dismemberment, tax-preferred savings accounts, and a 401k plan to teammates. We should keep that as paragraphs. Now Schedule:Schedule
1st shift (United States of America)
We also have "Regular or Temporary: Regular" maybe we could include in Schedule or Requirements. Already we added Regular position in Requirements paragraph. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, Drug Free Workplace, etc. We removed those. Check that we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:About the role
