Relationship Banker - North Conway

About the role

Union Bank, founded in 1891 in Morrisville, Vermont, is one of the oldest independent community banks in the state. The bank provides commercial, retail, municipal, and asset management services throughout northern Vermont and northern New Hampshire. This Relationship Banker position is based in the North Conway Branch. As a Relationship Banker, you will serve as the lead in the branch for relationship fulfillment and nurturing — establishing deposit accounts and services for consumer and business customers, proactively reaching out to clients to ensure full satisfaction and service engagement. When acting as a Universal Banker, you will perform the full spectrum of Teller, Vault Teller, and Personal Banker responsibilities, maintaining thorough knowledge of bank products and services and cross-selling as appropriate to meet customer needs.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred
• Demonstrated cross-selling skills
• Mathematical and computer aptitude
• Responsible for keeping up to date with all deposit products and services
• Completion of Principles of Banking course suggested
• Responsible for keeping up to date with applicable regulations and bank procedures
• Software proficiency: Microsoft Office, Vertex, Silverlake, ArgoKeys, Xperience, and Synergy

Pay

Salary Range: $21.00–$25.00 per hour
