About the role

At Bank of America, we are guided by a common purpose to help make financial lives better through the power of every connection. This position is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. You will train at one financial center and may potentially move to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
  • Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
  • Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
  • Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
  • Drive the client experience.
  • Manage cash responsibilities.
  • Have deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their financial goals.
  • Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.

  • Follows established processes and guidelines in daily activities to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Efficiently manages time and capacity.
  • Focuses on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
  • Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent (minimum education requirement).
  • Desired: Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
  • Desired: One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
  • Desired: Six months of cash handling experience.
  • Desired: Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.
