Responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and perspective about Regions’ solutions
• Conduct outbound phone calls to expand existing customer relationships and acquire new ones
• Provide education and advice on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits
• Inform customers about emerging technology and digital solutions like mobile, online, and ATM offerings
• Ensure a consistent, optimal customer experience by greeting customers and processing transactions
• Resolve customer issues and refer complex cases to internal experts
• Adhere to bank processes and procedures, including following Fair Labor Standards Act guidelines for overtime eligibility

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Handle cash and process cash transactions
• Communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Lift up to twenty (20) pounds

Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree
• Life Insurance License
• One (1) year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience

Pay and Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is $48,426.21 USD, with a median of $57,918.00 USD. The position is eligible for commission and formulaic incentive plans, and benefits include paid vacation/sick time, 401K with company match, medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability benefits, health savings account, flexible spending account, life insurance, parental leave, employee assistance program, and associate volunteer program. Benefits may vary based on location and individual performance.
