The Relationship Banker II position at Regions is designed for individuals with retail or sales experience who are eager to grow their career. Responsibilities

• Achieve branch targets and goals by identifying customer needs and providing appropriate guidance and perspective about Regions’ solutions
• Conduct outbound phone calls to expand existing customer relationships and acquire new ones
• Provide education and advice on Regions’ Consumer and Business products and services, including loans and deposits
• Inform customers about emerging technologies and digital solutions like mobile, online, and ATM offerings
• Ensure a consistent, optimal customer experience by greeting customers and processing transactions
• Resolve customer issues and refer complex cases to internal experts
• Adhere to bank processes, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Handle cash and process cash transactions
• Communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Lift up to twenty (20) pounds

Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree
• Life Insurance License
• One (1) year of cash-handling, banking, and/or customer service experience

Pay and Benefits

• Pay ranges are job-specific and serve as a market reference for compensation decisions. Factors such as experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, and job location affect pay.
• This position is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is incentive eligible.
