Primary Responsibilities

• Identify and meet customer needs through in-person and phone interactions
• Expand existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through outbound calls
• Provide education and advice on Regions' consumer and business products and services
• Introduce customers to digital banking solutions and emerging technologies
• Ensure a consistent and optimal customer experience by processing transactions and resolving issues
• Refer customers to internal teams for complex financial needs
• Comply with bank processes, procedures, and regulations

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Handle cash and process cash transactions
• Communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Lift up to twenty (20) pounds
