We need to output HTML fragment with sections using

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, accommodation, etc. Also remove application instructions. Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The opening paragraph about U.S. Bank mission etc. Could be considered "About the role". It includes description of journey, etc. We'll include that as prose. - Responsibilities: The job description paragraph about Relationship Bankers building relationships, etc. That's responsibilities. - Requirements: Might include NMLS registration requirement, bilingual ability, basic qualifications (high school diploma, bilingual, 4-5 years experience). Also maybe "This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration..." etc. - Qualifications: Might be same as Requirements? But we can separate: Basic Qualifications and Preferred Skills/Experience. The instructions: Use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. We have: Basic Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Bilingual English and Spanish - Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training Preferred Skills/Experience: - Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up - Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients - Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems - Thorough knowledge of all retail products and services - Proven customer service and interpersonal skills - Experience in participating in sales campaigns/promotions - Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies - Ability to explore and identify a customer’s true needs while leveraging a digital first mindset - Demonstrated advanced level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer’s needs both reactively and proactively - Experience in the financial services industry preferred Also there is mention of NMLS registration requirement (under Requirements maybe). Also bilingual ability required (already in basic qualifications). Also mention of criminal background and credit check (maybe part of requirements). Also mention of "This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z." That is a requirement. Also mention of "You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain any of the NMLS registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record, may result in a rescission of your offer or termination of employment." That's also requirement. Also mention of "Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in business-level proficiency of Spanish and English languages required." Already covered. Now Benefits: The posting includes a Benefits paragraph with list: Healthcare (medical, dental, vision), Basic term and optional term life insurance, Short-term and long-term disability, Pregnancy disability and parental leave, 401(k) and employer-funded retirement plan, Paid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure), Up to 11 paid holiday opportunities, Adoption assistance, Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law. We should include Benefits section with
  • for each. Pay: The posting includes "Pay Range: $21.94 - 26.82". Also mentions salary range reflects figures based on primary location etc. So we have pay info. Should include Pay section. Schedule: No explicit schedule info (like full-time, part-time, hours). Not present. So we should NOT include Schedule section. Also we might include "About the role" section with the introductory paragraph about U.S. Bank journey etc. That is substantive. We must not include boilerplate: EEO, disability accommodations, E-Verify, etc. Also remove lines about "If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability..." etc. Also remove "U.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Posting may be closed earlier due to high volume of applicants." etc. Also remove "Review our full benefits available by employment status here." (that's a link). Also remove "The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location..." maybe part of Pay but we can keep as part of Pay description. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact details? We can rephrase but must keep meaning. Probably okay to keep as is but remove boilerplate. We need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's construct:

    Pay

    Pay Range: $21.94 - 26.82

We should not include Schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed EEO, disability accommodations, E-Verify, etc. Also removed "Review our full benefits available by employment status here." Also removed "The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)." That's somewhat substantive about pay and benefits but we already have Pay and Benefits sections; we could incorporate that extra detail into Pay or Benefits. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that extra detail. It mentions "In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)." That's additional benefits info. We could add to Benefits section as extra items: incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution, pension. However we already have 401(k) and employer-funded retirement plan; maybe the extra is about equity stock purchase and pension. We could add those as separate list items. Also the sentence about salary range reflecting figures based on primary location etc. That's about Pay; we could add a sentence after Pay Range. Thus we need to incorporate that. Let's adjust Pay section: include Pay Range and note about location. Pay section:

    Pay

Pay Range: $21.94 - 26.82. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).

But note we already have 401(k) and employer-funded retirement plan in Benefits; the extra mention of 401(k) contribution and pension may be redundant but we can keep as is; it's okay to have some overlap but we should not invent. It's fine. Now Benefits section: we should add incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, pension maybe. But we already have pension mentioned in Pay; but we could still add to Benefits to preserve all info. However we risk duplication but it's still preserving info. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay as long as we don't lose info. So we can add those items. Let's update Benefits list: - Healthcare
