About This Role
USALLIANCE Financial is committed to making a positive difference in the lives of our members and community. The Relationship Banker II is responsible for delivering exceptional member experiences and implementing USALLIANCE’s sales and service standards by offering products and services to improve our members’ financial position. You will handle both teller and personal banker responsibilities, acting as a universal banker.
Responsibilities
- Promptly and accurately perform member transactions and requests, via in-person and phone interactions, including but not limited to balance inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, funds transfers, loan payments, and setting up online and mobile banking, as well as submitting new membership and loan applications.
- Demonstrate a satisfactory knowledge of Credit Union products, services, policies, and procedures, including promotions and special offers, during member and employee interactions.
- Offer additional support to our Call Center when needed.
- Demonstrate working knowledge and understanding of the Credit Union’s sales and service standards, and cross-sell Credit Union products and services during every eligible member interaction.
- Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of Credit Union members’ and employees’ account and business information.
- Identify and communicate areas for continual improvement of business processes to support efficiency.
- Participate in branch outreach events and be an ambassador of USALLIANCE by participating in local community and SEG events.
- Travel to other branch locations as needed.
- Assist with vault/ATM custodian role.
- Work Saturdays as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ sales experience in a retail or financial environment.
- Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with other credit union team members and departments.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous banking and/or contact center experience preferred.

Pay
The base hourly range for this position is $22.15–$26.58, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. Final base salary compensation will be determined based on skills, education, and experience, with consideration for pay equity and internal team member equity.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days in the office. Saturdays are required.
