Responsibilities
- Build, expand, and retain existing client relationships
- Provide expert financial solutions to existing and prospective clients
- Market Simmons solutions to our existing customer base and prospects through various channels
- Achieve and/or exceed individual and branch goals
- Assist clients with account service and maintenance requests, teller transactions, and problem resolution
Requirements
- Two years customer-facing and goal-oriented experience
- Ability to effectively motivate and present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Embrace a team-centric approach to help our customers
- Ability to provide support and guidance at other banking institutions within the market
Qualifications
- HS Diploma/GED
- Ability to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS)
- Ability to perform tasks related to opening and closing accounts, assisting customers with account selection, and complying with BSA and CIP requirements
- Ability to uncover customer needs and refer them to partner-centric teams working with small businesses, corporations, and institutional partners, as well as mortgage and financial advisors
- Ability to maintain high levels of client satisfaction by engaging customers and ensuring an optimal customer experience
- Ability to perform tasks related to consumer loan requests, maintaining knowledge of loan policies and procedures, and assisting with the branch's consumer loan portfolio
- Ability to ensure all departmental documents and activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures

- Ability to coach and lead the branch team according to process and protocol
- Ability to understand and utilize social media platforms to share brand awareness and obtain market knowledge

Pay
The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Relationship Bankers typically work a standard Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.
