Responsibilities

• Provides an exceptional customer experience on the cash line while handling transactional needs.
• Handles customer inquiries regarding products and services, including new/replacement cards, information changes, PIN resets, and check reordering.
• Develops relationships with customers and educates them on standard consumer products and digital solutions.
• Aids in resolving customer service inquiries by assisting branch and fellow team members with basic tasks.
• Refers customers to internal experts for more complex financial needs.
• Adheres to bank processes and procedures, completes delegated duties, and reports operational risks.
• Identifies and addresses customer needs to achieve branch targets and goals.
• Conducts outbound phone calls to educate customers on emerging technology and assist with meeting their financial needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
• Walk and stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Pay and Benefits

The starting salary range for this position is $39,601.10 USD, with a median of $46,880.00 USD.
