Responsibilities

• Provides an exceptional customer experience on the cash line while handling transactional needs.
• Handles customer inquiries regarding products and services, fulfilling basic servicing requests.
• Develops relationships with customers, staying informed about their banking history.
• Edits customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions, enhancing banking convenience.
• Aids branch and team members in resolving customer issues.
• Refers customers to internal experts for more complex financial needs.
• Adheres to bank processes and procedures, complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Identifies and reports operational risks, ensuring sound banking practices.
• Conducts outbound phone calls to educate customers on emerging technology and assist with financial needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Handle cash and process cash transactions
• Communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Lift up to twenty (20) pounds
