Responsibilities

• Provides an exceptional customer experience on the cash line while handling transactional needs.
• Handles customer inquiries regarding products and services, fulfilling basic servicing requests.
• Develops relationships with customers, staying informed about their banking history.
• Edits customers on standard consumer products and digital solutions, making banking easier.
• Aids branch and team members in resolving customer service issues.
• Refers customers to internal experts for more complex financial needs.
• Adheres to bank processes and procedures, following applicable laws and regulations.
• Tracks and reports hours worked in excess of 40 per week, eligible for overtime.
• Conducts outbound phone calls to educate customers on emerging technology and assist with financial needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Handle cash and process cash transactions
• Communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Walk and stand for extended periods
• Lift up to twenty (20) pounds

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and the level of the position. Minimum Job Range Target: $35,640.99 USD Median: $42,192.00 USD. This role is eligible to participate in a formulaic incentive plan, allowing employees to earn incentives based on performance against defined metrics and goals.
