Principal Accountabilities
- Responsible for handling customer transactions and helping with account related inquiries (40%).
- Accurately maintaining and balancing cash drawers and vaults, and reconciling any discrepancies (15%).
- Identifying the needs of new and existing customers and offering appropriate products and services (10%).
- Assisting with internal controls and daily report follow-up, handling night depository deposits, and other operational duties as assigned (10%).
- Consistently demonstrating the Bank's Right by You quality standards by providing a superior level of customer service (10%).
- Mitigating losses through work accuracy and adherence with Bank policies and procedures, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines (10%).
- Achieving individual and/or team financial, production, and relationship results relative to the specific metrics and goals assigned (5%).
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with one year of cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong relationship skills.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- A high level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Complete teller training classes.
- Pass a background check.
