Relationship Banker I

About the role

The Relationship Banker I will be the first point of contact with our customers, assisting them with their daily banking transactions, inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Aid customers with deposits and withdrawals.
• Build and enhance customer relationships by solving issues and enhancing financial lives.
• Guide customers through account openings and application processes, managing expectations for financial management.
• Demonstrate a helpful, friendly, positive attitude to ensure customers are satisfied with their banking experience.
• Maintain a neat work area and secure negotiable and confidential records.
• Adhere to and uphold Mascoma Bank's policies and procedures, including BSA/CIP and OFAC monitoring and reporting, security, operation, and personnel policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in problem-solving.
• Great, positive attitude and enjoys working with people on a team.
• Flexibility in job schedules and work locations including Saturdays and early morning drive-up hours.

Pay

$20.00 - $21.50/Hour

Schedule

This position will be based out of our Lyme, NH branch and may require flexibility in job schedules, including Saturdays and early morning drive-up hours.
