Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Open and maintain consumer deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with account servicing needs and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to recommend bank products and services.
• Support branch operations while adhering to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• 6-12 months of customer service, retail sales, cash handling, or related experience preferred.
• Banking experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.
