Essential Functions
- Attain complete knowledge of products and services, recognize referral opportunities and successfully partner with appropriate business lines including mortgage, wealth, cash management, commercial lending and residential lending.
- Perform all teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently and accurately.
- Deliver and cross-sell banking products in conjunction with customers’ needs through platform interactions and teller line transitions.
- Aid in the attainment of branch-specific goals in conjunction with bank initiatives and the strategic plan.
- Provide best in class customer service to customers regarding daily transactions, addressing inquiries, problem resolution and customer follow up in accordance with all bank policies and expectations.
- Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customers' business confidential in accordance with bank policy.
- Operate technology as required.
- Consistently utilize the customer management system to document customer and prospect interactions, send referrals and update campaigns.
Education And Experience
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous banking or relevant work experience preferred.

- Customer service and sales skills.
- Deposit and loan product knowledge.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Balanced decision making keeping both customer and company in mind.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
