Relationship Banker - Healdsburg
Schedule
- Scheduled 38.5 hours per week, 8:30 to 5:30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
- Rotating week: 8:30 to 5:50 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and 8:30 to 1:30 Saturday
- Schedule subject to change based on business needs
Role
In this front-line customer facing role, you will build long-term customer relationships and educate customers on our full range of products and services. You will handle both teller and new account transactions and provide a superior customer experience during every interaction.
You are skilled at communicating with customers in order to discover new bank products and services that can create cross-selling and referral opportunities.
Qualifications
- Confident communicating with customers from a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences
- Positive, upbeat and professional personality
- Experience with cash handling, including a basic understanding of banking principles
- Able to work branch hours, including weekends, and some evenings
- At least one year experience working in banking, retail or a customer service role
Pay
There are three levels of Relationship Banker. Expected hourly base compensation for these roles, are as follows:
- Level I: $20.40 to $23.02 per hour
- Level II: up to $27.00 per hour
The position and compensation offered will fall within these ranges commensurate with the candidate's applicable experience, education and skills.
