About the role

The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for engaging clients in consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by promoting bank products, fulfilling client deposit and loan needs, and making referrals to other banking services.
• Provide tailored financial advice, support client relationships, and deliver excellent service.
• Assist in operational tasks, ensure compliance with regulations, and support a high-performing sales culture.
• Support operational efficiency, participate in training, and assist with compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act is required (no specific licenses needed).

Skills

• Strong sales, communication, and client service skills.
• Ability to perform moderate to complex tasks.
