Responsibilities

• Perform cash handling transactions on the teller line.
• Balance cash drawer daily and verify cash provided from/returned to the vault.
• Assist in opening and closing the branch and vault daily; balance vault currency, coin, and ATM.
• Uncover client financial needs and recommend solutions tailored to their unique situations.
• Meet and exceed referral goals to different line-of-business partners.
• Collaborate with supportive business partners to serve clients’ full financial needs.
• Proactively deepen relationships and ensure client retention for a small portfolio of clients as you grow in the role.
• Adhere to the professional dress code, including wearing Johnson Financial Group logo apparel (name tags required at all times; exceptions for religious or medical needs must be pre-approved by HR).

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent (advanced training/education a plus).
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration obtained upon hire.
• Excellent client service and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping people.
