About the role
As a Relationship Banker, you'll interact with customers daily—whether over the phone or face-to-face—servicing clients with transactions and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Perform transactions for customers (withdrawals, payments, deposits)
- Answer customer inquiries in person or over the phone
- Maintain and balance cash drawers
- Build relationships with customers
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable using computers
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
