Relationship Banker (Entry Level)

About the Role

Johnson Financial Group (JFG) is seeking a Relationship Banker to join our Consumer Banking team. This entry-level position offers a strong foundation in banking fundamentals, with opportunities for professional growth through our training and development program. As a Relationship Banker, you'll build meaningful relationships with clients, providing solutions to their unique financial situations, and be part of a team committed to community impact.

Responsibilities

• Perform cash handling transactions on the teller line
• Balance cash drawer daily and verify cash provided from/returned to the vault
• Assist in opening and closing the branch and vault daily
• Balance vault currency, coin, and ATM
• Uncover client financial needs and make recommendations to provide solutions
• Meet and exceed referral goals to different lines of business partners
• Proactively deepen relationships with a small portfolio of clients to ensure retention

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required; advanced training/education a plus
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration will be obtained upon hire
• Excellent client service and communication skills with a genuine care and passion for helping people
