Responsibilities
- Perform cash handling transactions on the teller line.
- Balance cash drawer daily and verify cash provided from or returned to the vault.
- Assist in opening and closing the branch and vault daily; balance vault currency and coin; balance ATM.
- Uncover important financial client needs and recommend solutions tailored to their unique situations.
- Meet and exceed referral goals to different line-of-business partners.
- Collaborate with supportive business partners as part of OneJFG to serve clients’ full financial needs.
- Proactively deepen relationships and ensure client retention for a small portfolio of clients as you grow in the role.
- Adhere to the professional dress code, including wearing Johnson Financial Group logo apparel. Name tags must be worn at all times (exceptions for religious or medical needs must be pre-approved by Human Resources).
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required; advanced training or education is a plus.
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration will be obtained upon hire.
- Excellent client service and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping people.
