This position is open market-wide, and the specific Financial Center location will be assigned based on business needs. Training will occur at one financial center, with potential relocation to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of your home, as permitted by applicable law.
About the role
This role engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATMs. You will process cash transactions accurately and efficiently while having in-depth conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals.
Responsibilities
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions (desired).
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals (desired).
- Six months of cash handling experience (desired).
- Bachelor’s Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance) (desired).
