Relationship Banker- Bethlehem

Essential Functions

• Attain complete knowledge of products and services, recognize referral opportunities and successfully partner with appropriate business lines including mortgage, wealth, cash management, commercial lending and residential lending
• Perform all teller and platform transactions promptly, efficiently and accurately
• Deliver and cross-sell banking products in conjunction with customers’ needs through platform interactions and teller line transitions
• Aid in the attainment of branch-specific goals in conjunction with bank initiatives and the strategic plan
• Provide best in class customer service to customers regarding daily transactions, addressing inquiries, problem resolution and customer follow up in accordance with all bank policies and expectations
• Maintain a position of trust and responsibility by keeping all customers’ business confidential in accordance with bank policy
• Operate technology as required
• Consistent utilization of the customer management system to document customer and prospect interactions, send referrals and update campaigns

Education And Experience

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous banking or relevant work experience preferred

• Deposit and loan product knowledge
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Balanced decision making keeping both customer and company in mind
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Effective selling, cross-selling and referral skills
• Microsoft product proficiency and the ability to use core banking systems
• Participation in community activities as necessary
