Relationship Banker

Role Overview: The position involves sales, client relationship management, and operational support within a banking environment. Key Responsibilities Engage clients in consultative discussions to assess financial needs and recommend personalized banking solutions, focusing on deposits, loans, and referrals to other banking services.Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through cross-selling and making referrals to specialists such as mortgage, wealth, and business banking partners.Conduct proactive outreach via calls to offer tailored financial services and support a high-quality client experience.Support sales efforts by coaching colleagues, assisting with product knowledge, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.Maintain excellent client service by supporting teller operations, ensuring quick resolution of issues, and adhering to operational procedures.Participate in meetings and training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; 2-5 years experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and banking equipment.Ability to meet background and behavioral assessment requirements, including a credit check and behavioral assessment.Knowledge of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance standards.Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills.
