The Relationship Banker serves as a trusted advisor, engaging clients in consultative discussions to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify client needs for deposits, loans, and referrals, guiding clients through banking options and supporting sales growth.
• Deliver exceptional service, support teller operations to minimize wait times, and resolve client issues promptly.
• Adhere to bank policies, regulations, and internal controls.
• Assist in training, audits, and staying updated on operational procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
• Strong interpersonal, sales, and customer service skills

No supervisory responsibilities. Ongoing compliance with licensing and background checks required. The role involves performing moderately complex tasks focused on sales, service, and operational efficiency.
