Relationship Banker

Role: The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for engaging clients through consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend personalized banking solutions. Responsibilities Proactively promote and sell bank products including deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit, while identifying opportunities for referrals to other banking services.Provide tailored financial advice to deepen client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty.Conduct regular client outreach and support sales initiatives, coaching colleagues as needed.Support efficient client service by assisting with transactions and minimizing wait times.Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and internal controls.Participate in meetings, assist with training, and contribute to operational and audit activities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED.2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, with a strong understanding of banking products and exceptional customer service skills. Ongoing compliance with background checks, credit screening, and licensing regulations is required.
