About the role

The Relationship Banker is a trusted advisor responsible for engaging clients through consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively promote and sell banking products such as deposit accounts, loans, and lines of credit, while identifying opportunities for referrals to other banking services.
  • Provide personalized financial advice to deepen client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects, supporting sales and business growth.
  • Support client experience by delivering excellent service, minimizing wait times, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in operational tasks, including compliance with regulations, risk management, and training new associates.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (preferred).
  • Ability to perform complex tasks, adhere to policies, and maintain compliance with industry regulations.
