About the Role

As the front-line customer ambassador for INB, the Relationship Banker is cross-trained to provide a World-Class experience for customers. This position requires a thorough understanding of the customer’s transaction requirements and the ability to effectively communicate all available options. You will educate customers about INB’s financial products and refer or sell appropriate products and services matching their needs.

Participate in the daily operations of the branch, including assisting customers with account openings, account management, and other financial service needs. Provide timely and efficient completion of customer transactions while maintaining accurate records and handling all monies assigned. Proactively participate in the sales/quality referral process as directed by management.

• Assist with daily branch operations, including account openings and financial service needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; previous banking, teller, or customer contact/cross-sell experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly (both written and verbally).
• Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to sell products and services.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to work as a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to quickly learn other bank-related software.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk or hear.

Pay

$19.00 per hour.
