About the role
This is a full-time career opportunity (approximately 40 hours per week) based out of our Southampton, PA financial center in Bucks County. Must be available to be scheduled around branch operation hours (no Sundays).
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional Financial Center customer experience by handling every customer need from service to sales with passion and enthusiasm.
- Offer customers a one-stop experience to fulfill all their financial needs including account opening, lending, partner sales referrals, maintenance, and transaction processing.
- Focus on customer-centric conversations to deepen relationships and become a trusted advisor.
- Actively promote a variety of banking solutions to enhance a customer's service experience and achieve their financial goals.
- Meet sales expectations that contribute to the growth and success of the financial center.
- Drive proactive sales conversations by engaging in outbound campaign calls, handling inbound contact center inquiries through participation in Fulton Bank’s Distributed Work model, scheduling appointments, and actively engaging customers in the lobby as well as during transaction processing.
- Use digital tools to proactively demonstrate digital solutions to customers, identify sales opportunities, and convert them into tangible outcomes to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Advance personal knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and other resources to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and ensure a consistent approach to new customer onboarding and expanding existing relationships.
- Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Leverage practical knowledge and understanding of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
- May serve as a Notary Public for the financial center.
- Perform other job duties as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- 2 or more years of customer service or sales experience (Required).
Skills
- Pro-active and result-oriented (Preferred).
- Highly collaborative with Fulton Partners and Financial Center Team Members (Preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to have needs-based conversations (Preferred).
This role may require incumbent to be registered in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. Incumbents who are required to register will be notified in writing.
Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31.
