About the role

This position develops proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent executes branch leads at the direction of the Manager, handles all customer transaction requests, and identifies opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The role adheres to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values and may require working at various locations within the market.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the sales process by greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and making outbound calls.
  • Make appropriate recommendations for selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
  • Identify and achieve individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
  • Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
  • Use FNB-approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
  • Complete and manage the lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
  • Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other tasks according to established policies and procedures.
  • Understand, report, respond to, manage, and monitor risks encountered daily as part of F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
  • Adhere to regulatory laws and guidelines to maintain compliance.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 0 years of job-related experience required.

Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software:
    • MS Word – Basic Level.
    • MS Excel – Intermediate Level.
    • MS PowerPoint – Basic Level.
  • Experience in a related position.
  • Knowledge of banking policies, procedures, consumer products, and services.
  • Sales and customer service skills.

Licensures/Certifications

  • Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
