About the role
This position is expected to develop proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent is responsible for executing branch leads at the direction of the Manager, consistently handling all customer transaction requests, and identifying opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The role requires adherence to all FNB policies, procedures, strategies, and Core Values. The incumbent may be required to work at various locations within the market.
Responsibilities
- Promote the sales process by greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and making outbound calls.
- Make appropriate recommendations for selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
- Identify and achieve individual weekly sales and referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
- Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
- Use FNB-approved branch technology to input and maintain effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants.
- Responsible for the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards.
- Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other tasks according to established policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
- Act as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risks encountered daily, as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
- Comply with regulatory laws and company procedures as a required component of the role.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- 0 years of job-related experience required.

- Sales and customer service skills.
Licensures/Certifications
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required.
