About the role
This position develops proficiency in basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The incumbent executes branch leads at the direction of the Manager, handles all customer transaction requests, and identifies opportunities to convert transactions into qualified sales or referral leads. The role may require working at various locations within the market.
Responsibilities
- Promote the sales process by greeting customers, identifying service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and making outbound calls.
- Make appropriate recommendations for selling and cross-selling Bank products and services.
- Identify and achieve individual weekly sales and referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
- Incorporate FNB digital products and services into customer interactions.
- Use FNB-approved branch technology to input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
- Manage the completion and lifecycle of all new and existing customer relationships according to consumer bank standards.
- Perform routine operational duties, including traditional teller transactions and other tasks following established policies and procedures.
- Serve as a risk manager by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring daily risks as required by F.N.B. Corporation’s risk management program.
- Adhere to regulatory laws and company procedures to ensure compliance.
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- No prior job-related experience required.

- Proficiency with personal computers and job-related software:
- MS Word – Basic Level.
- MS Excel – Intermediate Level.

- Sales and customer service skills.
Licensures/Certifications
- Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred; will be required.
