About the Role
If you’re passionate about building trusted relationships and providing excellent customer service to a variety of customers in person and over the phone, the Relationship Banker role may be the perfect fit. We are seeking an individual eager to join our team and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, solving problems, and account maintenance.
- Work to exceed our retail banking center goals.
- Deepen relationships with customers in-person, over the phone, or however they choose to bank with us.
- Provide smart, friendly customer service and demonstrate knowledge of bank products to help find needs-based solutions for customers.
- Connect customers to other business lines and partners throughout the bank.
Qualifications
- Passionate about building trusted relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- Motivated by achieving goals and have previous sales experience.
- Thrive in a multi-tasking environment with variety in your day-to-day.

Pay
The prospective range of pay we will offer to a successful applicant to this position is $18.00-$25.65 per hour. Actual starting salary will be determined based on the applicant’s experience, skills, education, certifications, and other relevant business conditions.
