Responsibilities
- New Client Onboarding
- Leads client’s onboarding journey, collaborating with client’s Relationship Manager and Product Advisor.
- Identifies deposit and cash management needs through client discussions.
- Conducts product demos independently.
- Validates and gathers all relevant legal documentation for KYC compliance.
- Coordinates with centralized support teams for fulfillment of client product needs.
- Keeps client informed about implementation status.
- Follows up post-onboarding to review services and ensure client understanding and utilization.
- Client Servicing
- Acknowledges and resolves in-bound service inquiries promptly.
- Transitions tasks to support teams for management and resolution.
- Researches and resolves complex client inquiries.
- Identifies and implements broader solutions to support client needs.
- Risk Advice
- Advises clients on risk mitigation strategies against money laundering and fraud.
- Manages internal KYC for new client onboardings.
- Collaborates with Relationship Manager and operational partners to triage alerts.
- Client Success
- Remains apprised of client’s short- and long-term strategy.
- Advocates for client needs within the relationship team.
- Identifies and pursues opportunities to support client needs.
- Conducts proactive client touchpoints to strengthen relationships.
- Performs client account reviews and facilitates product discussions.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience in banking/financial services industry or customer service experience.
- High School/GED with 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated organizational skills.
- Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
Qualifications
Pay
The base pay for this position is relative to your experience, with a range generally between $67,350 - $89,800 annually. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
