Reinsurance Solution Architect
Solution Design and Scoping
Engage with prospects and clients as the reinsurance domain expert during solution design, discovery, and scoping.
Map client reinsurance programs — treaty, facultative, assumed, ceded — to INTX platform capabilities and define the functional solution.
Identify gaps between client requirements and platform capabilities early, and drive resolution through product, engineering, or configurable workarounds.
Own the functional specifications and implementation tickets that give the delivery team a clear, unambiguous build plan.
Implementation Engagement
Stay engaged as the reinsurance authority throughout delivery, supporting the program manager and keeping the client aligned on reinsurance workstreams.
Serve as the single point of contact for all reinsurance-related questions from the client and internal team.
Participate in UAT and validation to confirm reinsurance functionality is built to spec.
Run multiple concurrent engagements without losing quality or client confidence.
Internal Enablement and Scalability
Build and maintain reinsurance scoping frameworks, requirements templates, and implementation playbooks.
Act as the internal SME for product, engineering, and delivery teams on reinsurance concepts and workflows.
Contribute insights that shape platform direction and roadmap decisions based on real client needs.
Raise the reinsurance fluency of the broader team over time.
