About the Training

Train in Milford, CT or via Zoom teleclass. Earn 7 NBCTMB CEUs with the same curriculum and live interaction. Taught by Chantal Guillou-Brennan, Reiki master/teacher & author of Reiki Energy Medicine - The Yoga of Health & Wellness in Your Hands.

What You Will Learn & Practice

• Practice Reiki Energy Medicine confidently and proficiently with Reiki 2, emphasizing helping others using well-defined hands-on practices that enhance students' intuition to deliver a full Reiki treatment in person or at distance.
• During the morning class: receive the two attunements of Reiki 2 and learn all needed for the afternoon supervised hands-on practices.
• Afternoon: hands-on practice with exchange healing and distance Reiki.
• Learn additional practices to stay healthy as a practitioner.
• Receive extra manual to help you start a professional practice safely.
• If you took Reiki 1 elsewhere: add "Reiki 1 Review" teleclass at checkout to be accepted in this Reiki 2 training.

Curriculum Details (8-hour Intensive)

Morning (90% practice and individual support from Reiki teacher):

• Receive the 2 attunements with insight from Reiki Guide
• Learn all hands-on protocol to be practiced in the afternoon
• Discover, draw & use the three Reiki symbols
• Review ethic of touch and the legality of touch
• Advice when traveling to client's home
• Reiki protocol for children, the dying, animals, plants and the earth
• Discover six ways to practice Reiki remotely
• Review three methods to give Reiki to groups
• Reiki to resolve conflicts on any type of difficult or chaotic situation
• Exercise to understand the energy body and the aura

Afternoon (100% hands-on Energy Medicine practice):

• Perform and receive a full body Reiki Energy Medicine treatment
• Practice giving a treatment in a restricted healthcare facility or hospital
• Practice distance healing on volunteer
• How to avoid energetic depletion
• Channel unique treatment protocol
• How to take notes to record each treatment
• Opportunity to practice on list of volunteers
• Live clinic to practice on others and internship opportunities

Preparing for Reiki 2 & the Attunements

• No need to change your diet, but use common sense to rest and have a healthy meal.
• Electronics such as iWatch and cell phone are kept away from the body during the attunements.
• Jewelry or personal items worn regularly do not need to be removed since, as everything in the universe, they are made of the same basic building blocks and these have become part of your energy field.
• Bring an open mind and a notebook to record your experience.

Note for Online Teleclass

The online teleclass requires a volunteer and a massage table or bed to practice during the supervised hands-on practice.
